ULINK USB-C/Thunderbolt Power Adapter (UTPA) is hardware designed by ULINK Technology to control the power of USB-C/Thunderbolt/USB device without disturbing the system power. UTPA enables certain testing features of ULINK’s DriveMaster test tool, particularly in TCG and SCSI regression tests for USB IF.
